Our corner radius jigs allow for easy and repeatable corner rounding at a specific radius. They are designed for use with a router with flush trim bit as well as a template for marking for use with other tools (band saws, jigsaws, sanders, etc.). They feature sturdy and precise construction with plenty of space to hold the jig safely and firmly. Jigs are 3D printed from enhanced PLA plastic resulting in increased durability compared to standard PLA.
